Fans of Tolkien, rejoice: There's a new must-read to put on your list.

To celebrate the 10-year anniversary of Tolkien's last book, “The Children of Húrin,” the author's son Christopher adapted another story for fans: “Beren and Lúthien.”

The new story is taken from excerpts of “The History of Middle-earth,” a series of resources for Tolkien's many works of fiction. This story will follow Beren and Lúthien two lovers, kicking off with Tolkien's original prose. The book will have illustrations from Alan Lee, who created the artwork for the 100th anniversary “Lord of the Rings” edition.

The book will be released in May 2017, just in time for beach reading season.
