Rosecrans Baldwin

Rosecrans Baldwin has been a novelist and essayist for over a decade. His debut novel, “You Lost Me There” (Riverhead Books, August 2010), was a New York Times Book Review Editor's Choice and an NPR Best Book of 2010. Rosecrans is also the author of the memoir “Paris, I Love You But You’re Bringing Me Down” (Farrar, Straus and Giroux, May 2012), which is based on the year and a half he and his wife spent living in Paris while he worked in an advertising agency. It was named one of the Top 10 Travel Books of Spring 2012 by Publishers Weekly. His most recent book, “Everything Now: Lessons from the City-State of Los Angeles,” (Macmillan Publishers, June 2021) was named a Los Angeles Times best-seller. Born in Chicago and raised in Darien, Connecticut, Rosecrans now lives in Los Angeles with his wife.
