Pamela Fiori

Pamela Fiori is a writer, editor, and authority on luxury travel and lifestyle. From 1993 to 2010, she was editor-in-chief of Town & Country, where she helped the magazine expand its coverage of fashion, style, beauty, health, home decor, the arts, and more. Prior to joining Town & Country, Pamela was at American Express Publishing Corporation, where she edited Travel + Leisure for 14 years. In 1989, she was named the executive vice president of all of the company's publications (including Departures and Food & Wine). Pamela started her career on the editorial staff of Holiday magazine, one of the original travel magazines, between 1968 and 1971. In her 2019 book, "Holiday: The Best Travel Magazine that Ever Was," she writes about the magazine's history, prominence during the jet-set era, world turbulence, and the rise of Madison Avenue advertising.
