Jennifer Wilson Jennifer Wilson is a New York City-based writer specializing in Eastern European arts and culture. Her work has appeared in The New York Times, The New Republic, The New Yorker, Travel + Leisure, The Nation, and The Atlantic, among other publications. Holding a Ph.D. in Slavic languages and literature, Jennifer regularly speaks and lectures on topics ranging from Russian literature to Slavic culture. She has received more than a half dozen awards and fellowships for her work. From 2015 to 2018, Jennifer held the academic position of postdoctoral fellow at the University of Pennsylvania's Department of Russian and East European Studies.
