CB Owens has been writing and editing food and travel content for more than a decade. He has contributed to outlets like Food & Wine, Bon Appétit, Every Day with Rachael Ray, Saveur, Travel + Leisure, Real Simple, Condé Nast Traveler, and many more. CB began his media career with editorial fellowships and internships at Food & Wine and Lucky Peach. He then became the first-ever hybrid copy and research editor at Travel + Leisure, where he worked for nearly three years. Most recently, he's served as a copy editor and top editor at Food52. Alongside his writing and editing work, he is an adjunct instructor at New York University, where he teaches the courses “Food Issues of Contemporary Society,” “Food & the City,” and “Research in Food Studies."
