The Sydney Opera House is a great spot to take in some culture, and it's also the perfect place to see adorable seals.

A set of stairs on the northwest corner of the building is a favorite spot for sunning seals. One of the seals became the opera house's unofficial mascot back in 2014, attracting flocks of people.

The seal is as elusive as it is adorable; its visits are completely unpredictable. And now a new marine buddy—or, perhaps, the same one—has shown up on the waterside steps with a baby in tow.

The baby seal has quickly attracted even more fans.

As if we needed another reason to visit the Sydney Opera House.
