Hershey's Chocolate World, in Hershey, Pennsylvania, is opening a new interactive experience for the whole family on May 20.

The experience, Hershey's Unwrapped, is a 30-minute theatrical show at the “Hershey Academy.” To kick off the show, each member of the audience is handed tasting kits containing four different types of chocolate: milk, dark, white, and gold. Adults and kids alike will then learn how to “practice utilizing their senses,” according to a statement, as they eat the treats under the guidance of a “quirky Professor.”

After this tasty introduction, the audience will follow Doc Chocolate into his chocolate lab. There, families can take part in a chocolate experiment and learn some of the history of how Milton Hershey created his iconic treats. Of course, you can expect to sample more chocolate while you're in the lab. And if you still haven't had your fill of chocolate by the end of the show, Doc Chocolate has a yummy surprise waiting for you.

“For our guests, the standard for a new attraction is high,” said Suzanne Jones, vice president at The Hershey Experience, noting the park attracts multiple generations of repeat visitors. “That's why I'm so excited about Hershey's Unwrapped. This experience will truly exceed those high expectations.”

Hershey's Unwrapped joins many other attractions at Hershey's Chocolate World, including Hershey's Chocolate Tour, where you can see how Hershey's chocolate gets made, and Create a Candy Bar, which is exactly what it sounds like.

Tickets are $15.95 for adults, $12.95 for children between the ages of three and 12, and kids two and under get in free. Hershey's Chocolate World also offers ticket bundles if you plan to check out some of the other attractions while you're there.
