A Dubai-based company announced that they will build another, bigger theme park right next door to the current world’s largest indoor theme park.

The Ilyas and Mustafa Galadari (IMG) Group opened Worlds of Adventure—the world’s largest indoor theme park—in August. On Tuesday, they announced plans to construct Worlds of Legend, an even bigger theme park right next door.

The new park will cover 2 million square feet and feature characters from Pokemon, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Hot Wheels, among others. The IMG Worlds of Adventure takes up a mere1.5 million square feet. The two parks would be separate entities although they could be connected via skybridge and visited with a multi-day “hopper pass.”

Two sections of the park will feature IMG’s own brands, including a Lost Valley dinosaur water park and Legends of Arabia attractions. Lennard Otto, the chief executive of IMG Worlds, told The National that these two would be the “first Middle Eastern-themed brand to come to any theme park in the world.” The Worlds of Legend theme park will also have a retractable roof, allowing it to operate in any sort of weather condition.

The cost of the new theme park has not yet been determined.

IMG executives hope to open the park by 2020, to coincide with the World Expo in Dubai. The opening will come after Six Flags’ scheduled opening of a Dubai location in 2019. However the imminent parks won’t be the city’s biggest when they open.

A massive, 25-million square foot theme park has been slowly opening over the past couple of months. The last phase of Dubai Parks & Resorts is scheduled to open December 15.
