New footage of the 50-year-old (and very pregnant) Deep Blue—a 20-foot Great White shark—has been released. Spotted off the shores of Guadalupe Island in Mexico, shark expert Mauricio Hoyos Padilla was quick to record a close encounter a group of cage divers had with this massive fish. (Talk about adventure travel!) Aside from wowing people around the world, the footage—along with another clip from the same voyage—is helping researchers better understand the tendencies of the elusive Great White females through the markings along Deep Blue's body. 

According to experts, a sighting like this is extremely rare since female Great Whites generally steer clear of humans, especially when pregnant. Take it all in:
