Let’s face it: Flying international means that you’re going to become intimately acquainted with your airplane seat. And since you’ll be spending so much time taking in the ambience of the cabin, the last thing you want is a surly flight attendant who can’t be bothered to bring you that extra glass of water.

That’s why we included international airlines’ in-flight customer service in the 2014 Best in Business Travel Survey that we conducted with Fortune. We asked readers of both magazines how they travel for business, across a variety of topics. Rating the in-flight teams was just one of the topics that our readers voiced strong opinions on. Here’s how they ranked:

.) Singapore Airlines
.) Emirates
.) Virgin Atlantic Airways
.) Qantas Airways
.) Cathay Pacific
.) SWISS International Air Lines
.) Korean Air
.) Air New Zealand
.) Turkish Airlines
.) Lufthansa
