International flights can be especially challenging; from booking to check-in and baggage claim in another country, cross-border air travel offers numerous opportunities for airlines to slip up. Add to that the stress of a business trip, and the experience can be a recipe for disaster. While great customer service can’t always fix the problem, it can go a long way in helping to alleviate the stress.

That’s why we asked about customer service on international airlines in the 2014 Best in Business Travel Survey that we conducted with Fortune. We gave readers of both magazines the opportunity to voice how they felt about the state of business travel, across a variety of topics. Here’s how our readers ranked customer service in this category:

.) Qantas Airways
.) Singapore Airlines
.) Emirates
.) Virgin Atlantic Airways
.) Cathay Pacific
.) Korean Air
.) Air New Zealand
.) SWISS International Air Lines
.) Lufthansa
.) British Airways
