How important are hotel room design and amenities? You’ll understand just how essential they are when you’re moving furniture looking for an outlet. Or when you realize that you’ve forgotten an essential toiletry.

The best hotel chains have anticipated all of this. They know where you expect the light switches to be, and they stock the items that business travelers forget the most. These little things quickly add up, and can transform your hotel stay.

That’s exactly why we wanted to know which hotel chains offer the best room design and amenities for business travelers. So we asked the respondents to our 2014 Best in Business Travel Survey that we conducted with Fortune. We asked readers of both magazines how they travel for business, across a variety of topics. Here’s how hotel chains rated in this important category:

1.) Four Seasons
2.) The Luxury Collection
3.) Ritz-Carlton
4.) Kimpton
5.) Fairmont
6.) Grand Hyatt
7.) Hyatt Place
8.) Waldorf Astoria Collection
9.) W Hotels
10.) InterContinental
