New Year’s Eve is arguably the biggest drinking night of the year. As such, an ordinary cocktail just won’t suffice. Try the Berries & Bees from the Hakkasan Restaurant inside the Fontainebleau Miami Beach and bring in the new year like a champ.
“This is an original recipe created by Hakkasan’s mixologists as a special cocktail offered in honor of New Year’s Eve,” says director of beverage Syed Ali. “The muddled mint and guava puree create a mild sweetness and freshness. The crushed black pepper rounds it out and gives it a nice kick. Any guest looking for a refreshing, yet well balanced cocktail will enjoy this.”
Berries & Bees
0.5 oz Guava puree
0.5 oz of raspberry puree
0.5 oz Honey syrup
0.5 oz Lime juice
1.5 oz Nolet's Gin
Crushed black pepper
Combine all ingredients, add crushed ice and top with champagne. Garnish with black peppered lime wheels
