Hot Tips: A New Brand of Fun
Check into two fully realized fantasy worlds. At Nickelodeon Family Suites by Holiday Inn (Orlando; 866/462-6425; www.nickhotel.com; suites from $175), which opens in June, it's all cartoons, all the time. Sponge-Bob provides the wake-up calls, and the Rugrats and Jimmy Neutron preside over special breakfasts. Your kids' favorite characters literally climb the walls in the suites (ideal for clans of up to seven). And there are two gargantuan pool complexes, which double as the world's grooviest-looking water park.
Also opening in June, the Resort at Paws Up (Greenough, Mont.; 406/244-5200; www.pawsup.com; doubles $248, opening special through September 6) is an 80-dude, high-service spread equipped with every Western toy imaginable. Move into your own log mansion or bunkhouse and divide your days between trout fishing on the Blackfoot River, rafting trips, and horseback outings to Garnet, a bona fide ghost town.
