Pam and John Solomon spent the first years of their marriage “running, running, running” in New York City before relocating to the relaxed fishing village of Placencia, Belize. There, they combined their passion for food and drink, and opened Rum Fish y Vino, a gastro-bar serving local brews and sea-to-table eats. EX-PATS host Samantha Jane Buffet chats with the couple over signature dragon fruit cocktails and plantain-crusted snook, so fresh it was swimming in the morning.
