Labor Day weekend is nearly upon us, and that means some major traveling for the lucky few taking advantage of the late summer weekend. Related fun fact: Airlines for America predicts that nearly 14.2 million people will be flying this coming weekend. Safe to says, those airports are going to be bustling. We all know what a busy day at the airport looks like from a traveler's perspective (and it isn't pretty), but few get to see the innerworkings of an airport during its prime times. Associated Press recently took a behind-the-scenes tour of the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport—the ninth busiest in the world with 170,000 people making their way to and from flights every day. 

From the runways to the luggage trucks, the video below gives you a great look at many of the airport's most important spaces—after all, your bags don't make it on to the plane by magic. Check it out:
