Somebody Left 26.2 Pounds of Cocaine on a Flight to Oklahoma
Here's a story to put your lousy week into perspective: one recent traveler forgot no less than 10 bags of cocaine on his or her flight to Tulsa International Airport.
On Tuesday American Airlines employees found 26.2 pounds of the powdery stuff onboard an active Boeing 757. According to a statement made by the airline, the drugs were found by flight staff during routine maintenance, and authorities with the Drug Enforcement Agency confirmed the bricks as cocaine.
And to think: the TSA didn't even let you take your Thanksgiving leftovers on board.
