Sometimes a need for snacks can overcome standard social cues—like crashing a stranger's boat party on the search for something tasty.

While this also goes for humans, one particularly curious sea lion did just this off the coast of California.

A group of men fishing found the sea lion wiggling its way on to the back of the boat and just hung out there while the boaters fed it fish.

Don't worry, the sea lion made sure to bark the appropriate amount of thank yous. In the video above, you can see a fellow sea lion trying to push its way into the snack party, but you know, early sea lion catches the fish or something like that.
