Delta Air Lines may have the most helpful crew in the business. At least according to Gayle King.

The CBS News anchor took to social media this week to share her gratitude for the helpful airline staff after she lost a personal item onboard one of its flights.

According to King, she misplaced her wallet on a cross-country flight from San Francisco to New York City. When she couldn’t locate her wallet, her assistant suggested checking her Instagram direct messages in case anyone onboard found it. And lo and behold, a Delta flight attendant had indeed picked up her wallet and sent her a message asking how she could return it.

King shared the screenshot of the flight attendant’s message to Instagram, which read: "Hi Ms. King! My name is Zina. I'm a Delta flight attendant. I found your wallet on the airplane this morning. Can I mail it to the address on your drivers (sic) license?"

“Yes angels exist & her name is ZINA & she works for @delta,” King, who happened to also be flying back from San Francisco after interviewing Instagram’s chief, Adam Mosseri, wrote in the caption. “Isn’t it ironic I was doing a story on Instagram & Instagram helped reunite me and my wallet! Whew!"

Delta replied to King’s post in the comments writing back to the star, “So happy to hear that Zina was able to get your wallet back to you, Gayle! It is always a rewarding feeling when our customers appreciate our efforts. Thank you for sharing this wonderful experience with us — ah, the power of social media!”

And King wasn’t the only celebrity to praise the airline this week. Holland Taylor thanked her Delta pilot for helping her retrieve her Apple EarPod.
