Those looking to take a winter or spring getaway to some of Europe’s most popular destinations will now find flights that start as low as $279 round-trip as part of Icelandair’s sale.

The airline is running a flash sale throughout the weekend, with deals available from several U.S. cities to Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Glasgow, Helsinki, London, Oslo, and Paris.

Some of the top deals found via Google Flights are to London, starting at $279 round-trip from Boston, $285 round-trip from Seattle, $289 round-trip from New York, $298 round-trip from Chicago, and $361 round trip from Washington, D.C.

For $319 round-trip, travelers can fly from Boston and Seattle to Helsinki, while there are also several deals starting at $329 round-trip.

These include round-trip flights from New York, Boston, Chicago, and Washington, D.C. to Oslo, round-trip flights from Boston and New York to Paris, and round-trip flights from Boston and Chicago to Amsterdam.

The deals are for travel between Jan. 10 and April 15 of 2019, giving visitors headed to Amsterdam the chance to see its famed tulips come into full bloom between March and May.

Amsterdam deals also include $341 round-trip flights from both New York and Washington, D.C., while passengers will also find $349 round-trip flights from Chicago, Seattle, and Washington, D.C to Paris.

Meanwhile, Boston, Chicago, and Seattle fliers can head to Glasgow for $356-round trip. There are also $399 round-trip flights from Chicago, New York, and Seattle to Frankfurt.

Travelers will need to book by Oct. 22 to snag the deals. Passengers will also want to note the fares apply to the airline's Economy Light category, which does include a free carry-on up to 22 pounds but does not include checked bags. Checked baggage can cost as much as $95 each way, driving up the cost of fares for travelers who won't be traveling light for the trips.
