Adria Greenhauff

Adria Greenhauff always wanted to be a writer, but it wasn’t until she attended college at Florida International University that she finally made that dream come true. She landed an internship at a luxury magazine startup called D’Luxe and spent a summer covering events and restaurant openings for the publication’s print and online outlets. This opportunity segued into her first full-time writing gig as the website editor at the travel agent-focused magazine Recommend. In this role, she covered hotel openings in Florida and the Caribbean, sampling wines and eating delicious cuisine made by world-renowned chefs. As a freelance journalist, Adria’s works have appeared in Travel + Leisure, Food & Wine, Southern Living, Better Homes & Gardens, The List, and JustLuxe. In 2018, she launched her own food podcast, Better Food Stories, focusing on artisans aiming to change the food industry for the better. Today, Adria lives in Miami with her husband and son and works as a storyteller and fundraiser for the nonprofit Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science.
