Adam Sachs

Adam Sachs is a Brooklyn-based writer, editor, and the former editor-in-chief of Saveur. He has won several James Beard Foundation Awards for his writing. Prior to joining Saveur, Adam was the editorial director of and a contributing editor at Bon Appétit, Travel + Leisure, and Details. Before going freelance, he was a staff writer at GQ for many years. He is currently a contributing editor at Elle Decor and consults with small-ship luxury cruise line Silversea on all things culinary.
