"Offering only one destination only allows me to continuously hone my craft," Zissimos explains. One of Zissimos's most memorable requests? A client decided mid-vacation that it was time to pop the question to his girlfriend — and called Zissimos for help. The following evening, the pair was escorted to a private beach for a multicourse meal with cocktails, candles galore, and live music to set the mood. "It was special and humbling that he allowed us to plan such a life changing event," Zissimos says.
