    My all time hotel in Bangkok is the 442. My second choice is the Miami on Soi 15 Sukumvit. When I was there some 29 years ago it was priced right, about $15.00 a night. This goes for Goa, India too. One could rent a house there in the 70's for $30.00 a month. It wasn't built up, (screwed up) like it is now. Then it was very quiet and cheap.
