A four-alarm fire burned at Grizzly Jack's Grand Bear Resort outside of Chicago Tuesday morning, the Associated Press reported.

Firefighters were on the scene of the Utica county resort and water park soon after a 5:30 a.m. alarm, and the fire was centralized in the resort's main lodge and pool. The cause of the fire was not immediately clear, according to local authorities.

The resort is located in Utica county in northern Illinois just two miles from Starved Rock State Park. Firefighters from LaSalle, Peru and Ottawa counties all joined in the effort to fight the blaze, local news outlets reported. Authorities said no injuries occurred during the blaze, and all guests were safely evacuated.

The fire was under control within several hours of the alarm, according to the AP. Details on the damage to the resort and water park were not immediately available.
