Chef Richard Reddington’s sleek, sultry, Mediterrasian restaurant is as close to Hollywood as you’ll find in Napa Valley. You may not spot starlets in the spare, chic dining room—where the stark white walls are offset by sensuously curved modern chairs—but if you did, they’d seem right at home here. Reddington’s dishes, too, seem reminiscent of points further south; signature dishes like hamachi sashimi with sticky rice and ginger-lime sauce, or petrale sole over jasmine rice in a saffron-curry nage, employ flavors not usually found on wine-country menus. The bar, which gets lively late in the evenings, serves up as many pomegranate martinis and mai tais as it does glasses of wine.
