In spring, there may be no better place to book than one of the 319 canvas tents at Curry Village, located right on the valley floor. The campground is fairly rustic, but shared bathrooms are a small price to pay for being so at one with nature: dogwoods bloom beyond your front stoop, and Staircase Falls—at its majestic best from March through May—is just across the way.
