Dinner at The Herbfarm is a four or five hour experience. Guests are greeted with a pre-dinner beverage and taken on an herb garden tour before sitting down for the 9-course tasting menu. Influenced by the seasons, local farmers, and foragers, menus have included “Super Cattle in Seattle” and “Salmon Nation.” Puget Sound perch and Lummi Island Reef-netted sockeye are a few of the local fish that have made menu appearances. Dinner includes six wine pairings and after-dinner coffee and teas, but non-drinkers can have six hand-crafted botanical infusions, made daily by Herbfarm’s sommeliers to match each course.
