Black's Bar & Kitchen

A modern oyster bar and fish house located on Woodmont Avenue in Bethesda, Black’s Bar & Kitchen serves organic and coastal selections. More than 300 varieties of wine are housed on racks inside a floor-to-ceiling glass room visible to guests. The ever-evolving menu has included wood-grilled chicken, local vegetable soup with housemade dumplings, and pan-roasted Rhode Island flounder with local sweet potato and sweet corn pudding. Seating includes a table and the long oyster bar, situated beneath criss-crossed bars of recessed lights and large globe lights inside round lattice-work cages. In warm weather there’s an outdoor patio with trees.
