Vieques's first design hotel, this superchic beachfront, adults-only property draws the same crowds who flock to the latest André Balazs and Ian Schrager properties. The formerly private villa now contains nine sleekly white guest rooms, which are kitted out with Frette linens and Philippe Starck fixtures, iPod docking stations, and yoga mats.
