A historic townhouse in Vienna's Josefstadt district plays host to this wine-themed hotel. Operated by Conrad Schröpel, Hotel Rathaus' 39 guest rooms are modeled after various Austrian winemakers and each feature such unique decor as wine labels the size of a door and vino-related photography. The fermented juice is ubiquitous here and incorporated into even the most unlikely places—even cheese on the breakfast buffet is made with this key ingredient. A lounge in the central courtyard offers 450 varietals, and staff can organize one-day wine excursions to vineyards where the hotel's wines originate.
