3271 Main St., Vancouver, British Columbia , Canada

Created in the style of a traditional European "cabinet of curiousities," the back room of Alexander Lamb's Wunderkammer Antiques displays unique mementoes from its former curators' 45 years of world travel. Proprietor Lamb acquired the collection at auction, and reassembled it in his shop in the mid-aughts. The haphazardly arrayed collection includes vintage tribal photographs, taxidermy, seashells, wooden masks, maps, and more. The most spine-tingling inclusion is perhaps the pair of "foo dog" boxes: they contain the ashes of Harold and Barbara Morgan, the original proprietors of Exotic World.
