Relative newcomer Kelly Liken has established herself as a contender in the Vail dining scene with her namesake restaurant. A top graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Liken utilizes fresh, local produce and ingredients to create an ever-evolving, seasonal menu of American cuisine. Menu highlights include potato crusted trout with caramelized brussels sprouts leaves and golden raisins and the pan roasted duck breast with vanilla scented pumpkin puree. The dining room is upscale yet inviting with its slate floors and local art on the walls.
