Relative newcomer Kelly Liken has established herself as a contender in the Vail dining scene with her namesake restaurant. A top graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Liken utilizes fresh, local produce and ingredients to create an ever-evolving, seasonal menu of American cuisine.
