Restaurants in Utah are as diverse as the dramatic landscape and depending on where you visit there is usually a number of local and international cuisines to choose from.
Salt Lake City has developed into somewhat of a foodie destination in recent years and now houses some of the best restaurants in Utah with Bambara, Metropolitan and Takashi all offering exciting menus. Similarly, the dining options in Park City offer an array of elaborate cuisines to those looking to dig in after a day on the slopes or mountain trails. From Chimayo, which dishes out forest favorites like broiled elk to the swanky surroundings of Bar Boheme, there’s plenty to excite and delight the traveling foodie.
In the South, there are numerous Utah restaurants to indulge in after a long hard day exploring the dramatic landscape. From hearty Tex-Mex to family friendly western favorites there is plenty of restaurants in Utah’s south to indulge in.
The restaurant is owned by the Toronto-based real estate company of the same name, which won a bidding war over Vail Resort Company in 2008 to buy the Canyons, one of the three ski mountains in the Park City area.
The Park City favorite dishes up peppercorn-crusted London broil of elk, served with a potato-and-cheddar quesadilla, and asparagus with a spicy Béarnaise sauce.
