Flor de Mayo

Flor de Mayo, on the Upper West Side, serves Chinese, Spanish and Peruvian cuisine from noon to midnight daily and enjoys a good reputation for its portion sizes and value. The pollo a la brasa, Peruvian rotisserie chicken, is a signature dish. Another favorite is the lomo saltado, sliced steak sauteed with potatoes, tomato and onion, served on rice. The long, narrow dining space is lined with small tables and booths with a simply and tastefully decorated brick wall along its length lending a pleasant atmosphere.
