There’s no lack of places to do yoga in Tulum, and the Sanara hotel is one of the absolute best places to take classes. Most hotels have daily morning sessions, but Sanara has a much more flexible schedule, with 90-minute classes three times a day, seven days a week. The type of class varies as well, with vinyasa, hatha, and power yoga, plus special classes during the full moon. Their yoga space is a gorgeous patio that overlooks the ocean, and classes are intimate and can be tailored for students at any level. Sound healing and bowls are used in some of the classes, which is a nice touch, and the waves provide an ideal soundtrack. All equipment is provided, including mats, towels, and blocks. There’s a water cooler outside the room, and classes end with a shot of green juice. And there's no skimping on the savasana (corpse pose) here—you’ll leave feeling completely relaxed and revived.
