c5 Restaurant Lounge
Royal Ontario Museum
Toronto, Ontario, M5S 2C6, Canada
c5 Restaurant Lounge is located on the top floor of the Royal Ontario Museum's Michael Lee-Chin Crystal wing, a 175,000 square-foot structure designed by Daniel Libeskind and composed of five interlocking prisms that render light in a cinematic style. Soft leather lounge seating, secluded nooks, and an absence right angles give the dining space a calm, almost introspective mood. Chef Corbin Tomaszeski's classic approach focuses on common, familiar ingredients to create artifully-presented dishes such as ROM Pot Pie with free-range chicken and Ontario-grown root vegetables or grilled AAA rib-eye with smoked cheese butter and frites.
Insider Tip:
On particularly bright days, the late afternoon sun can be too dramatic, making sunglasses essential.
