Mesa Grill

Southwestern cuisine from Iron Chef Bobby Flay draws Food Network fans to this restaurant in Caersars Palace Las Vegas. Flay's first establishment outside NYC, Mesa Grill opened in 2004 and features a spacious dining room with rich wood accents, cow print upholstered chairs, panels of colored glass, and rows of lanterns in nearly every shade of the rainbow. Inside, patrons settle into curved banquettes to savor signature dishes such as the New Mexican spice-rubbed pork tenderloin paired with a sweet potato tamale. The brunch menu is also celebrated for specialties like the blue corn buttermilk waffle with blackberry bourbon syrup.
