L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon, Las Vegas
MGM Grand
Las Vegas, NV, 89109, United States
Helmed by France’s “Chef of the Century” Joël Robuchon, L’Atelier is the more relaxed and slightly less expensive sister of neighboring namesake restaurant Joël Robuchon. Located in the MGM Grand, the dining room is adorned with red lighting, color block artwork, and glass cases lined with jars of fruits and vegetables. Patrons can settle into bright red, low-back chairs bordering sleek black tables or opt for a seat at one of two U-shaped bars facing the open kitchen. There, Robuchon’s team crafts contemporary French specialties such as crisp langoustine fritters and La Caille: foie gras-stuffed quail with truffle mashed potatoes.
Insider Tip:
If you choose the degustation menu, opt for the half-pour wine pairings; the selections are superb and also less filling than the full pours.
