Designated as the spring training home of the Anaheim Angels through 2025, this 9,000-capacity-stadium was built into a small hillside at the base of Twin Buttes rock formation. Established in 1968, the arena’s bleacher-style benches overlook Gene Autry Field, which was named after the original owner of the Anaheim Angels. There are also traditional chair-back seats with cup holders between the dugouts and an open lawn area above left field. A $20 million renovation, in 2005, replaced the outfield fence with brick and wrought iron and added premium seats behind a wider backstop. The complex is surrounded by 75-acres of practice fields.
