This authentic Cantonese restaurant is best known for its yum cha, a traditional midday meal of hot tea and dim sum dishes. Located on the fourth and fifth floors of the Citymark Building, the restaurant is decorated with red Chinese lanterns and white-clothed tables set beneath huge skylights. Served from traditional rolling carts, the dim sum menu has more than 100 options, ranging from classics like barbecued pork buns to more adventurous items like mixed tripe and pig’s blood jelly braised in chili-soy sauce. During dinner hours, the restaurant serves both prix fixe and à la carte menus.
Insider Tip:
Arrive between 10 and 11 a.m. to avoid a long wait, and be sure to request a table near the kitchen for quick and easy access to the food carts.
