Cabo Mexican Restaurant

Situated in the Red Rock Casino & Resort, Cabo is known for its relaxed atmosphere and happy hour specials, available weekdays from 4 to 6:30 p.m. Inside the restaurant, rock walls are lined with huge picture windows that offer views of the surrounding desert and Red Rock Mountains. Seating is also available on the covered, open-air patio surrounded by reflection pools. The restaurant offers more than 130 authentic Mexican dishes, including camarones al mojo e ajo (marinated shrimp sautéed with roasted garlic, red chiles, and lime). Favorites also include the guacamole, which is prepared tableside, and the fresh strawberry margarita.
