Café Diva

Situated at the base of the Steamboat Ski Area, Café Diva serves regionally inspired New American fare from acclaimed chef Kate Rench. The intimate restaurant has a well-stocked wine cellar, an adjacent garden patio, and two small dining rooms decorated with local artwork and maple-wood accents. The menu changes seasonally but might include starters like the signature crab-and-tomato bisque, and entrées such as chicory coffee—braised Colorado lamb shank with white-cheddar grits and fried spinach. Three sommeliers are on-hand to suggest pairings from the ever-changing wine list, which includes more than a dozen by-the-glass options.
