Winner of a James Beard award, chef Jose Garces’s has created a menu of dishes that are designed to share. Guests can select meats like yellow fin tuna, wagyu flat iron steak, and chorizo, or opt for the tapas, which include bacon-wrapped dates stuffed with almonds.
