Delano’s signature restaurant reopened in early 2012 with a renovated interior and a new modern Italian menu by Chef Brian Massie, whose mentors include Lidia Bastianich and Charlie Palmer. Look for local and organic ingredients such as langoustines, snapper, and handmade pasta.
