Founded by Kee Ling Tong back 2002, this SoHo sweet shop specializes in handmade chocolates and macaroons displayed with artistic flair behind glass counters. Kee does the majority of the cooking herself every day, and her dreamy creations include the Black Rose, a dark chocolate truffle with rose-petal-infused black tea; Blood Orange, a dark chocolate truffle with blood orange, cream, and Grand Marnier; Keylime, a milk/dark chocolate ganache with keylime; and Mirabelle Plum, a dark chocolate truffle with French plums. As for the Rosewater Lychee and Kee's other colorful macaroons, they're made from scratch daily as well, using ingredients such as Spanish saffron, Japanese yuzu, and French sea salt.
