Located 11 miles outside of Aspen in the Elk Mountains, the Pine Creek Cookhouse serves gourmet American cuisine is a secluded cabin setting. Diners must access the restaurant by cross country ski or snowshoe during the day. At night, the restaurant provides guided miner’s lantern tours and sleigh rides.
