Artisan Restaurant & Bar
Located at the Stonebridge Inn, this small restaurant serves globally inspired American cuisine amid panoramic views of the surrounding alpine slopes. A large fireplace framed by stone pillars serves as the centerpiece of the dining room, which also contains colorful modern artwork, floor-to-ceiling windows, and rustic chairs fashioned from rough-hewn sticks of wood. During the warmer months, addition seating is available on the outdoor terrace overlooking the pool. Created by chef David Von Holten, the seasonal menu might include such specialties as hazelnut-crusted trout with brown-sugar bourbon butter, and pan-seared scallops with sweet potato hash and chipotle aioli.
