Locals and hotel guests (two and four-legged) alike frequent this casual hideaway at Salish Lodge and Spa for its warm ambiance and Pacific Northwest influenced menu items. Many of these items are identical to what’s offered on the resort’s more formal dining option’s menu. Specialties include Pacific Coast Dungeness crab and artichoke dip, Washington onion soup, and grilled potlatch salmon. Many Washington State wines are available by the glass, and people commonly convene around the fireplace at happy hour. Happy hour is offered Monday through Thursday from 3-6 p.m., as well as Sunday from 7-10 p.m.
