With branches all over Asia, Bee Cheng Hiang—the region’s top purveyor of barbecue meats—has finally hit Changi Airport. Dried sausages, sold by the link, hang above a counter displaying an array of the house specialty: the jerky-like bakkwa. Sold by weight, it’s currently available in the chili pork flavor (more flavors to come). Or, pick up an individual packet of tasty “pork coins” (dried pork rounds) for the plane.
